Villa Centinale

Hey people.  So GAP has this line of infant girls clothes called Villa Centinale ... all in green and yellow.  Perfect for my wedding.  These are my favorite.  They are right in front of the register.  I look at them all day long.  I want to buy them.
Just so everyone knows.

Happy Valentines Day!

This was my best valentines day ever.
Because I have a valentine who I very much like, and we are 31 days away from getting married.
And I got to spend all day with him!
....in the hospital.
I loved it.

P.S.
He had shoulder surgery a month ago.  The wound popped open and is likely infected, so they had to clean it out and stitch it back up.
That's why we're in the hospital.

6 weeks out

Oh man. Its funny, engaged couples always just say how happy they are!  The forget to mention all the hard stuff.

I'm stressing out but, slowly, things are coming together.

And I'm sooo excited!

my latest obsession

If you follow me on pinterest, you know I'm going crazy with color schemes.
Why?

Because Design Seeds just makes it so fun.

land of enchantment

I always told everyone I hated New Mexico, but within two weeks of moving to Utah I realized I loved it.
Being back here is amazing.  I forgot what its like to see people who aren't so pale they're translucent.
My favorite thing is going outside, and the sun actually warms me.  In Rexburg, it just makes light, not warmth.

I'm gonna have to try and sell Tyler on the desert thing.

a year of firsts

2011 was seriously amazing. I got to do so much new stuff!  I moved a total of 5 times.  It flew by for me.  Here are some of the things I got to try for the first time in 2011 (in chronological order, not preferential)
  1. Living away from home
  2. Writing missionary friends
  3. Working my first retail job at Office Depot
  4. Starting college at BYU-Idaho
  5. Programming / choosing a major
  6. Teaching Sunday school
  7. Visiting teaching
  8. Turning 18
  9. First kiss
  10. Bridge jumping
  11. Taking road trips on my own
  12. Working at Gap
  13. Seeing conference live in the Conference Center in SLC
  14. Running a ward choir
  15. Getting engaged
Not to mention I got to try living in two new states, learning tons of new things, and meeting all kinds of new people!  It's kindof amazing, looking back, to see how far I've come.  It was probably the most exciting year of my short life (so far).  And I still have so much to look forward to!

Happy New Year!
