I write letters

Almost all of my high-school guy friends are now serving LDS missions.
I wrote all of them alot, because
I love writing letters, and getting hand-written letters.

Tyler even sent me a few letters while we were engaged,
because he knows how I feel about hand-written mail.

After I got married, the return letters got a little scanty.
That's okay, I still love the ones I get.
One has an excuse-
He's in Russia and mail has a 6 month delay.
One of these letters is for him.

Another one came up to college with me, and we were really good friends.
He was the only person on campus I knew.
We still write all the time.
One of these letters is for him.

The last letter is for a gentleman who was Tyler's roommate when we got engaged.
We really like him.
He's in Africa.
We have cool friends.

The only person that I write who isn't a missionary
is my grandmother.
I used to write her pretty regularly,
now it's just every once in a while.

I wish more people wrote letters.
Do you write letters?

I need to start writing more handwritten letters, they're just so nice to receive. My brother in law is serving in Latvia and I haven't sent him an hand written letter since he left the MTC. I did send him a package, does that count?

i'm with you. i love writing letters and getting letters. i have a ton of stationary, and just recently sent out a batch of hand-written notes.
my cousin and i used to write each quite frequently, but not so much as of late.
but there is definitely a nice personal touch with letters that just isn't the same as email.

I haven't written regularly in years, but I used to write really regularly to "my" missionaries (siblings, good friends from BYU).
