Jamie baby is so bored of everything. He isn't mobile enough to do what he wants, so he gets frustrated easily. He's big and strong and loves trying new things so I figured it was time for a walker.
I picked one out at the big wally world in Idaho Falls, grabbed a box from the stack, and came home to set it up. I guess I should have looked closer at the box because we've got pink butterflies instead of monkeys.
The Walmart here won't take it back because they don't carry it...so we have to wait until our next journey to Idaho Falls to exchange it. In the meantime, TJ doesn't seem to mind.
In other news, he is mobile now! TJ is a little rolling pro. I kept laying him down on his back, then coming back to find him on his tummy! I finally caught him in the act yesterday, and boy, it sure is cute when he rolls!
However, rolling is having some serious side affects on napping.
1) He will only go to sleep on his side
2) Sometimes he rolls onto his face, which makes him mad, so he screams and wakes up.
3) Sometimes he rolls onto his back, which startles him, so he screams and wakes up.
All of these combined factors, along with his recent transition from four naps to three, make for a tired kiddo by the end of the day.
I guess you could say rolling is a mixed bag.
We also end up with alot of moments like this-
after he eats, TJ will roll off my lap onto the couch and just lay there, on his face.
He talks to the couch.
Such a cutie.
We've been spending alot of time on walks, or at the park.
TJ is fascinated by other little people walking, crawling, running, climbing.
He is getting ready to sit, and whenever he's on his back, he does little crunches to try and sit up.
He's just not a tiny baby anymore!
My little boy loves seeing the world. He wants to eat everything and holy hannah, he sure is big!
I love being his mommy.
It's the best job in the world.

He's cracking me up! I love all the rolling! Isaac loved his walker SO much but I think it prevented him from crawling, he was in that thing constantly. But he was just so happy in there! I saw someone comment on fb that he looks just like Tyler but I swear he looks just like you when you were a baby. Maybe I'm wrong but seriously, that last picture could be your twin.
He's filling out and starting to look more like me, but he definitely has Tyler's brow line, not to mention his eyes and hair. I think that's what really makes people think he looks like Tyler.
Yeah, I don't see much of Tyler at all. He looks so much like the Wolf and Foley babies!
He looks so big in his crib! So cute. I can't wait to meet him.
