Due to being pretty sick lately, I've lost some weight.
I went in to the baby doctor yesterday, and since they wanted to make sure the baby was still healthy,
I got a quick ultrasound.
It amazes me to see the little one inside of me.
The tech confirmed my recent observation that baby's favorite place to be is curled up teeny-tiny tight into a ball at the very bottom of my uterus
(It feels awesome when he kicks down there).
She wiggled my tummy and pressed and nudged to try and get some good measurements.
He was curled up tight and not giving up.
None of the pictures came out very good since he kept is legs in front of his face the whole time.
Even though I'm sick, the baby is thriving.
He has "a huge melon," just like his daddy,
and is in the 75th percentile.
It's been a hard few weeks,
and the ultrasound was the perfect something sweet to pull me through.
Even though I live with this little guy every day, nothing compares to seeing how perfect he is.

Oh man, that is so hard summer, I'm so sorry. I really hope things get better soon!
I started some new medication that seems to be working so far! We had to wait a week to get it all approved by insurance but it's making a big difference.
I love that you got to see him again. Glad to hear that you are feeling a little better.
